IMPORTANT: We do not book the house for third parties. The presence of the reservation holder is indispensable. The space The house is close to supermarkets, a farmer's market, bakeries, snack bars, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, bus stops, and a taxi stand at the door. Our space accommodates 1 to 4 people, whether an individual traveler, duo, trio, quartet, couple, or small family, but the rental amount is per person. Any guest must be notified and paid if they use our facilities. Our space is simple, cozy and constantly improving. We always value cleanliness so that our guests also take care of cleaning and respect the rules, remembering that we are available for any questions. Guest access The entrance to the yellow house is independent. We share the space with another house that is an office, and we are always close and available because we work and live next door. Due to the host's possible travel, there will always be people able to welcome guests. We ask for silence when the guest arrives after 10 p.m. so that we can maintain harmony with our neighbors. Parties are prohibited. For quick visits by guests, we must be notified in advance. Check-in / check-out times can be negotiated. Welcome to our home and have a great stay in BH! The Studio has acoustic protection and does not disturb our guests' rest. These are classes that usually take place in the afternoon or late morning. IMPORTANT: Reservation confirmation is subject to the presence of the holder throughout the stay. It is essential that the holder is present and that all other companions know the Airbnb system and the house rules for the well-being and joy of all involved! :) In addition, we are available for any information and questions from our guests. When the guest arrives, we inform them about cleaning, garbage collection, necessary establishments, transportation. We offer towels and bed linens, but guests can also bring their own if they prefer. We value the awareness of the use of electrical and hydraulic resources in order to contain waste.
