Guests must be able to walk up 1 flight of stairs. This is a studio, Bedroom and Living area are in the same room with a divider in the middle. 1 king size bed and 1 double futon / pull out bed. Living room: Has a comfy futon sofa, extra seating, and dining area perfect for relaxing and eating. There is also a record player that can be used as bluetooth sound system. Futon pulls out as an extra sleeping space. Bedroom area: divided from the living room by a partition wall. Has a king size bed and smart TV. Kitchen: Is fully equipped for cooking. There is a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and induction stove top. There is also a Tassimo coffee machine with pods provided. Bathroom: Is newly refurbished with brand new top of the range shower. There are extra amenities for your comfort including; hairdryer, iron, ironing board, closet with hangers, clothes drying rack, vacuum, tea, coffee sugar, cleaning products and cooking essentials.
