Our cottage is located 10 minutes away by car from the city center of Mont de Marsan. You will find it at the end of a dirt track that will take you to a haven of tranquility and calm. We welcome you to our renovated barn in a soft and warm atmosphere, where you will find all the comforts you need to relax during your stay. The space It consists of the ground floor: a living room with a TV, a large living room with dining area and kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and toilet. Upstairs you will find: a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a storage unit and an open wardrobe. A second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. We provide linens: sheets for both bedrooms, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, sponge. Guest access Our barn is located on our land, our outdoor facilities are being improved, you will find private spaces dedicated to you. The swimming pool (heated) is shared with us, the owners. Other things to note During the summer period (July 4 to August 29) rentals are made from Saturday to Saturday in 7-day increments. For the rest of the year we accept stays from 2 nights.
