Nestled in a peaceful spot just off the road, it gives you that feeling of a remote setting, being surrounded by greenery, and it offers stunning nature views thorugh it's large windows. The Black Walnut House is designed for crisp autumn mornings, golden sunsets, and evenings curled up by the fire. The space The house has one main bedroom with a large king-size bed, perfect for snuggling in after a day of exploring. There’s also a second room that can be set up as either a bedroom or an office. This room comes with a 140x200cm extendable sofa bed (note that while it can fit 2 adults, it’s far better suited for 2 children). Many guests prefer to use it as a dedicated home office, especially since the house is ideal for remote work: -- Gigabit high-speed internet (really excellent for working remotely) -- Monitors available on request -- Views to make work feel much easier! Both rooms have remote-controlled blackout shades (ideal if you’re sensitive to early morning light and want to sleep in). Warmth & Comfort As the weather cools, you’ll love the cozy options for heating: -- Electric floor heating -- Air conditioning (to cool or heat more) -- And of course, the fireplace, the heart of the house in autumn, perfect for curling up with a hot drink while leaves swirl outside. Kitchen & Outdoor Space The house features a fully equipped kitchen, whether you’re cooking a hearty family meal or preparing something simple, you’ll have everything you need. (it really is well equipped) Outdoors, there’s a special area set up for an open-air firepit and barbecue. It’s a magical spot to gather on cool evenings, wrapped in blankets, watching the fire crackle against the backdrop of autumn colors. Extra Notes -- The yard is fully fenced, so dogs can run around safely without the chance of slipping out. -- We’re happy to issue invoices if needed. -- Please note, we unfortunately cannot accept Romanian Vacation Cards (tichete de vacanță). -- The last 150m is a dirt road (no asphalt) but still perfectly fine even for low cars (really!) Guest access The entire space can be used. There's just a closet which is locked and is not accessible to guests but it's clearly labelled.
