Ample natural light and a gentle breeze will lull you into calmness during the day and at night. In case, you prefer cooler temperatures then you can utilize the air-conditioners installed in every room of the villa. Note this is a 4BHK villa however this listing allows smaller groups to book only 2 rooms. The entire villa will still be private for your group and no other guests will be present. Guests can choose any 2 rooms. ➤ The villa has two levels: Ground level, First level ►Ground floor - Room 1 - Ensuite The ground floor has a private swimming pool & garden area with well-equipped games (basketball, cricket batting nets, table tennis, carrom and chess). This space is the perfect way to spend your evening in Glass House. Beautiful lighting, cool breeze, soothing music, wonderful company and seating for up to 12 guests. You can enjoy sitting around our small yet beautiful garden & outdoor spaces and partake in a plethora of games. Carrom Board can be set up anywhere in the entire Villa. The entire ground floor area can comfortable seat up to 12 people. One can swim, play cricket and basketball, or simply read a book in one of the nooks – while sipping coffee and enjoying a view of the towering alphonso trees. Inside the villa, it consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and the kitchen. The common dining area and kitchen have a large seating arrangement with a TV. An open kitchen and dining area perfectly complement one another, such that conversations and fun always continue for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a water purifier, and a stove. Basic cooking utensils can be found within the kitchen cupboards along with cutlery and crockery such as plates, glasses, spoons, forks etc. The different levels can be accessed by stairs, with interiors featuring glass doors and windows, and an artsy decor. ►First floor - Room 2 & 3 - Ensuites This level houses 2 AC bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, patio and a common area with large extremely comfortable sofas. The master bedroom washroom has a large tub which you can soak into. Towels, Napkins, Pool Towells, Toiletries like Shower Gel, Shampoo shall be provided. The strong, free Wi-Fi connection here also makes this perfect workcation spot in case you want to work or attend your zoom meetings ►Glass Conservatory - Terrace There is a glass conservatory on top of Level 1 with a chair on the very top for those who want to watch the night sky and count the stars. You can carry some cushions and linens and snuggle and make yourself cozy with even a book on the top in the daylight. ►Cabana / Outhouse - Room 4 - Ensuite Please note this is 100 meters away from the 3 bedrooms. You have to walk towards the pool to access this. It is a separate cabana/outhouse overlooking the pool, that has a 1 bedroom (4th private AC bedroom) with TV and ensuite bathroom. This private holiday villa is kid-friendly and accommodates large groups of people (upto 12 guests) with plenty of activities to generate lifelong memories. The home is a 10-minute drive from the Mandwa jetty. In season you may be fortunate enough to get a taste of mangoes and other locally prevalent fruits. ➤ GENERAL DETAILS: → Toiletries & laundry sanitised linens are available → TV is available → 50 MBPS Wi-Fi is available → Daily housekeeping is available → Pets are welcome ADDITIONAL DETAILS: ➤ Food & Meals: We can arrange a local chef, to come and cook meals for you at a nominal per day cooking fee. The daily chef fees are between Rs. 2000 - Rs. 3000 depending on total number of guests. This cost is for all three meals and excludes the cost of groceries. You can also order from various places that deliver mouth-watering food. There are some really good pizza joints, where you can get some fabulous pizzas. The locals dhabas are also around in the vicinity. Food options are available in plenty. ➤ Extra Guests: If required, groups can be provided with a floor mattress, fresh linen, a quilt, a pillow and a fresh towel per additional guest. The Villa can accommodate upto 12 guests. ➤ Housekeeping: A private housekeeper will be available from 9AM to 9PM to look after all housekeeping requirements ➤ Parking Exclusive parking allotted for guests at the Villa – 3 parking slots Guest access You can use the entire property and all outdoor spaces i.e., 2 bedrooms & living room, kitchen (not for full fleged cooking), glass conservatory, cabana, pool, play area, etc. Please note that the kitchen is part of our personal home and, to maintain its cleanliness and order, it isn't available for guest use (not full fleged cooking). That said, our helpful staff will be happy to assist you in putting together quick snacks or small bites whenever needed.
