The space The ground floor features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to a large terrace overlooking the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen, a large table, and panoramic windows in the living room create a bright and comfortable space for relaxing together. There is also a full bathroom on this level. On the lower level, guests have access to a private sauna with a cooling tub, a ski boot dryer for 10 pairs, and a separate recreation room with a large TV and a foosball table. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, and the attic is a spacious open-plan area for four people. Comfortable cottage for 8 guests, up to a maximum of 10. Outside, there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Beskids and a chill-out area with a barbecue and an electrically heated hot tub (available for an additional fee). Guest access Guests have the entire cottage to themselves – no sharing with other people. The reservation includes access to all areas of the house: the living area with kitchen and dining room, the bathroom, a sauna with a cooling room, a recreation room with TV and foosball, three bedrooms upstairs, and an open-plan attic. Guests also have access to a terrace with a mountain view and an outdoor area with a barbecue and a seating area. A hot tub is available as an optional extra for an additional fee. The boiler room remains a utility room and is not made available to guests. Parking spaces are available on the property. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet, mountainous part of Szczyrk, right next to the forest. Stable cellular and Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the entire facility. During the spring–fall season, it is possible to drive up directly to the house. In winter, during heavy snowfall, snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle are recommended. Parking is also available at the foot of the property (about 100 meters from the house). The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement (additional fee). There is an “external” quiet hours period between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A refundable deposit is collected prior to arrival and settled after the end of the stay and an inspection of the property.
