The space HOUSE RULES Return the house as you receive it, keep the house clean. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is not allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Extra cleaning fee of up to Rs.1500 is chargeable in case the property is made untidy beyond daily use. -Smoking is not allowed. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Wear swimsuits for the pool and shower before getting into the pool. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID. On arrival ID cards of all guests need to be submitted and sign the Declaration form. - Please note that no illegal activities are permitted. - Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00pm, during which all noise should be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors - Any other extra amenities can be for arranged for an extra cost. - Toiletries and Towels are not provided. - Govt.
