"Moegi" is an old folk house lodging along the Nakasendo in Gifu. We renovated a 60-year-old, 150㎡ old private house to create a private lodging where you can relax. "Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. The stairs are a little steep, so please use the handrails to go down slowly. There are antique tableware and decorations, so please be careful not to let your children run outside the playroom. There are no TVs or clocks, so we hope you will forget about time and relax. Free Wi-Fi is available, so please enjoy it on your own device. Wake up to natural light in the morning and sleep when it gets dark at night - spend a peaceful time like this. --- [Location] About 10 minutes by car from Hozumi Station, and can also be accessed by bus. Conveniently located with a convenience store, supermarket, and drugstore within a 10-minute drive. Parking space is available for up to 3 cars. --- [Children welcome!] 32 m2 playroom available! Children can play to their heart's content even on rainy days, so adults can relax too. The stainless steel bathtub is old, but it is well polished and kept clean. There is only one bathroom, but there is a super public bath within a 10-minute drive. We hope you enjoy a relaxing stay. Other things to note ◯House Manual After checking in, please read the provided house manual. ◯Check-in Please enter between 15:00 and 20:00. The surrounding area is a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from checking in after 20:00 as it may cause inconvenience to neighbors. ◯Check-out Please leave the room by 11:00. Cleaning staff will come after 11:00. If you do not leave the room after 11:00, we may charge you a penalty of 2,000 yen for every 15 minutes of excess time. ◯Smoking Smoking is completely prohibited in the room, including electronic cigarettes. If smoking is confirmed in the room, we will charge you a penalty of 20,000 yen as a cleaning fee. ◯Support for guests staying multiple nights ・Towels and sheets will not be replaced, so please wash them in the washing machine before using them. ・Please note that cleaning will not be provided during your stay. (For long-term stays of one week or more, cleaning will be done once a week for an additional fee.) - We will collect garbage if you wish, so please contact us. [Important] The surrounding area is a very quiet residential area. As many elderly people live there, please keep quiet after 7pm. If there is a complaint about excessive noise, you may be asked to leave the room. Please be aware of this in advance. Also, as the houses are densely packed together, please refrain from setting off fireworks or having a BBQ. Please be sure to follow the rules. [About insects] There will be insects because it is near the river. Please be careful if you are not good with insects. Insecticide and insect repellent spray are available at the entrance. We have taken measures to repel insects, but they may get in when opening and closing the entrance and windows, and because it is an old house. If you hate seeing insects, please refrain from staying here. [Security Camera] In accordance with the check-in regulations for residential accommodation businesses, a security camera has been installed in front of the entrance. [Other] Please strictly adhere to the following rules. Violators may be fined. 1. If you use the room inappropriately and make it too dirty, we may charge you an additional cleaning fee. 2. If we find that any equipment has been lost or damaged, we may charge you a fee. 3. If we find that there are more guests than you have requested, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person. (We will check the number of guests using the security camera in front of the entrance) 4. Please separate your garbage as indicated on the garbage bin. 5. Please wash any dishes or cooking utensils you have used. 6. Please refrain from grilling meat in your room as the smell will not go away for several days. 7.
