Our guest suite is perfect for two or the solo traveler. Although it’s attached to the main house, you’ll have your total privacy with a separate entrance to come and go as you please. There is no access to the main house. We offer full bathroom w/shower, a queen sized bed, Roku television, mini refrigerator w/freezer, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, iron & ironing board. There is an eating area that also doubles as a work station. The deck is off limits. However, there is an outside sitting area. The space Welcome to our private guest suite. We are located in an established neighborhood 5-15 minutes from Fort Liberty, community pool & recreation center, shopping centers, grocery stores, hospitals, airport, restaurants, downtown, Segra Stadium-home of Fayetteville Woodpeckers baseball team, Festival Park, churches, movies and entertainment. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire suite. No access to the main house. - There is no access to washer and dryer. However, there is a Laundry facility just 3 minutes away. - Coffee/snack bar with microwave for light snacks or heating meals. No cooking in this suite. -No access to deck(only for main house access) However, there is an outside sitting area. Other things to note Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
