The location is awesome: shops, mountain railways (Hörnli and Weisshorn), train station, Obersee and Untersee with bathing area, golf course, hiking trails, bike trails - everything is very close. From here you can explore Arosa. Have fun! The following is available in the house for shared use: Swimming pool/sauna: The swimming pool has been newly renovated and can be used free of charge. In addition, there is a sauna for a fee. Terrace: It has a wonderful unique terrace with a dream view. There you can enjoy the tranquility with a lounger, do sports/yoga or even take something to drink/eat with you (especially in spring/summer/autumn, as there can be a lot of snow on the terrace in winter). Ski room: You can store your ski/snowboard/cross-country equipment well in the ski room. Washer/Dryer: Washing machine and drying room for a fee. Guest access Access is independent via a key box, which makes check-in flexible. Other things to note Arosa lies on a plateau. From Chur, it takes about 40 minutes uphill on a winding road to Arosa. The road winds its way through the valley and overcomes an altitude difference of 1320 meters on 30 kilometers and around 360 bends.
