On the ground floor you will find a large living room with leather set, SATELLITE TV, Blu-ray player and internet radio as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room with washing machine. Enjoy the south terrace and the fenced garden overlooking the pond. A beach chair on Hooksieler textile beach is included. Other things to note The comfortably and modernly furnished holiday home Kristina (DHH) with an ingrown property and idyllic views of the child-proof fenced pond invites you to a relaxing North Sea vacation. The cottage was last renovated for you in May 2022, offers enough space for 75 square meters and is equipped for 4 people plus baby. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with leather set, SATELLITE TV with Blu-ray player, internet radio and an open, fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, microwave and high chair). In addition, there is the guest toilet and a storage room here. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms and the shower bath with toilet and washing machine. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed (200x200) and a spacious wardrobe with mirror. For our little guests, a children's travel cot is available here. The second bedroom is twin bed (90x200) incl. Storage compartments and a dresser. Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and a 35"flat screen TV each. All windows on the ground floor and upper floor are equipped with screens and exterior blinds. Spend your time on the south terrace, on our lawn property or in the beach chair by the adjacent pond. You can safely store your bikes in our lockable carport shed. Garden furniture with sunbeds and umbrella as well as a Weber charcoal grill are also at your disposal. A car parking space completes the outdoor area. From mid April to early October, a beach chair on the textile beach in Hooksiel is also available free of charge.
