This second-floor suite offers a serene escape with stunning waterfront views of Heron's Pond and the Eagle Trace Golf Course. Your private space consists of: Main Suite: Features a cozy gas fireplace, a 55" smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and a two-person shower. Adjoining Sunroom: The perfect place to relax with beautiful lake views, a dining table, and cozy suneoom. Second Bedroom: Furnished with two twin beds and its own 32" TV. Before You Book The private suite is inside our family home. You’ll enter through our shared front door, and the suite is on the same level where we sleep. The space is fully private, quiet, and designed to give you a comfortable, independent stay. This is a private suite, not a full apartment. There are no kitchen or cooking facilities available. A mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hot water kettle are provided for your convenience and comfort. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to the second-floor suite. Your arrival is made easy with self-check-in; you will receive a 4-digit code for the electronic lock on your private suite door prior to your stay. Please note that access to the suite is through the shared main entrance of our home. During your stay We are a family of three and live in the home, so we will be present during your stay. While your suite is completely private, we and basement guests, do share the front entrance. We are happy to provide local recommendations or assist with any needs you may have, and we will always respect your privacy. Other things to note Live-in Hosts & Pets: We live in the home with our two friendly dogs, a cat, and guinea pigs. Our dogs are very sweet and may bark to greet you upon arrival. While your suite is private, you may encounter us, basement guests, or our pets in the shared entrance area. Temperature Control: The central A/C and heat for the house are controlled on the main level. Please let us know if you need the temperature adjusted. We also provide portable fans and space heaters in the suite for your personal comfort. No Kitchen: As a reminder, there are no kitchen or cooking facilities available in the suite.
