Property is located just a few minutes away from the biggest attraction in Branson; Silver Dollar City and a short distance to all the other attractions in Branson. This beautiful Branson vacation rental home on Table Rock Lake comes with the following: -1st bedroom: 1 king size bed, dresser, TV stand, cable TV, walk in closet, access to the deck, en suite with main bathroom which has a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, double vanity. -2nd bedroom: 1 king size bed, dresser, TV stand, cable TV, closet and located near the second bathroom. -3rd bedroom: 1 king size bed, twin size bunk beds, dresser, closet. -Living room: 2 queen size sofa sleepers, access to the deck. Second bathroom which is full size with tub/shower combo and single vanity.Washer and dryer. -Kitchen: Full size fridge, oven/stove combo, dishwasher, microwave, regular and Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, glassware, dishes. -Private Deck: Outdoor seating, electric BBQ grill. A few steps down to parking area. This unit also has additional parking spot in front of the building. Other things to note This condo is ground floor with 3 access points. If you park around the back by the deck, you will need to climb up just a few steps. Or you can just park in the back by the deck but walk to the front of the building to access it which would help you avoid any steps. Walk to the front is less than est 30 yards. Lastly, you can park at the main parking lot in front of the building but you will need to walk downstairs about 20 steps to the front door. (Condo is located below the parking lot level) Boat docks as well as boat trailer parking are located onsite. However, there's not a boat launch at the property. You must launch your boat at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile South of the property. EV charging is located 1 mile away at our main office area. Level 2. We have a strict no pet and smoking policy.
