Our ground floor condo(just a few steps) is located by Table Rock Lake and only a few yards from the boat docks. 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is set up to hold 12 people and everything you need for a pleasant vacation is right here including a free boat slip during your stay. We are also located just a mile away from Silver Dollar City on Indian Point. EV charging for FREE to our guests. Condo Set Up: -1st bedroom: 1 king size bed, dresser, TV stand, cable TV, walk in closet, access to the deck, en suite with main bathroom which has a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, double vanity. -2nd bedroom: 1 king size bed, dresser, TV stand, cable TV, closet and located near the second bathroom. -3rd bedroom: 1 king size bed, twin size bunk beds, dresser, closet. -Living room: 2 queen size sofa sleepers, access to the deck. Second bathroom which is full size with tub/shower combo and single vanity.Washer and dryer. -Kitchen: Full size fridge, oven/stove combo, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee maker, cooking utensils, glassware, dishes. -Private Deck: Outdoor seating, electric BBQ grill. A few steps down to parking area. This unit also has additional parking spot in front of the building. Additional Amenities: Boat slip and boat trailer parking onsite at Rockwood. Home to Silver Dollar City, Indian Point is a resort area with access to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, Indian Point Marina and campgrounds. Only a short distance to Branson and Branson West, Indian Point offers perfect opportunity to those who are looking for peaceful stay with quick access to lake and fun. Indian Point is a peninsula and Indian Point Rd is the only road in and out of our area. Please watch for Silver Dollar City traffic during busy season. Once you leave Indian Point if you turn left this will take you to Branson West which is good for gas, groceries and a few restaurants. If you turn right this will take you straight to Branson. Boat docks as well as boat trailer parking are located onsite. However, there's not a boat launch at the property. You must launch your boat at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile South of the property. Please do not leave your vehicle overnight at the Indian Point Marina.
