Guest access This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras . NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️. Other things to note ****MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING. IGNORING MIGHT RESULT PAYING FINES**** The laundry room is downstairs. -Parties: Everyone loves a good gathering. However please be mindful that there are guests spending nights downstair and they would appreciate a peaceful environment. I respect your agreement on this matter. ❌DO NOT think about throwing a CRAZY PARTY unless you want to pay extra cleaning and service fees for violating the house rules. - Quiet Hours: Please keep the noise levels down after 10 PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends. Please respect neighbours and quiet hours. - Damages: Any damages to the property will result in fines according to the value of the damaged goods along with cleaning or repairing fees. - Pet Policy: If a pet enters the house, there will be a charge of $50 per night.
