Parking The long double driveway comfortably accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not available. If bringing a boat, please consider it as one of the three vehicles and refer to the logistics below for more details. Boat Lift & Cradle Use of the boat cradle, lift and neighborhood boat ramp is included for guests. The neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located 1 property away. The boat cradle & life can accommodate a maximum of 6,000 lb boats and maximum of 26 feet in length. However, please notify the host if you are bringing a boat as the water level at the slip is only ever 3' max and often lower during our off season (October-April). Please keep in mind our friendly neighbors are close and full time residents so please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM for outdoor activities and loud indoor activities. Other things to note Bushwhacker Community is a small, close-knit community that warmly welcomes short-term rentals. Within 15 minutes of local dining, grocery stores and Purtis Creek State Park. 35 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. Please be respectful by parking only in the driveway—no street parking or parking along neighbors' property lines. Watch out for slow speed limits and children/golf carts/bikers using the neighborhood streets. Also, be mindful of noise levels, as many of our friendly neighbors are full-time residents who cherish the peaceful lake atmosphere. They will report if you are disruptive to the neighborhood.
