The total area of the property is 1500sqm with a large sized pool (est. 14mx4m) that has a fantastic temperature to enjoy day and night. The property offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total and can accommodate a maximum of 6 pax. We provide private, gated parking that can fit around 3-4 cars and a few additional motorbikes. We provide strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the place. Each private room has an AC and television. A Smart TV is also placed in the Living Room area. Netflix app is available on all TV but guests will need to use their own account to log in. If you are looking for a quiet and cool place to work then worry none. There is an air-conditioned office room available for you to use on premises. Despite the villa's location being in the heart of Canggu, it is well hidden and private at the end of the alley with a river at the back of the property’s garden. Having this surrounding with such a large land size is very rare to have in this area of Canggu.
