The space The space has a king bedroom with double French door windows that open right up to the balcony area from the bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully stocked kitchen/living area that has another set of double French door windows overlooking the balcony. All the finishes are high-end and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It's a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful, but less than a mile to all major highways and Downtown Orlando. Getting around A car will be your primary method of travel, however ubers are also a low cost option to get to Downtown Orlando if you are traveling without a car. Guest access The home is all yours! Other things to note Experience the pristine quality of brand-new (2024) construction. The garage is used by the owner and is not accessible, and there is not a washer/dryer on site. Please, no more than two cars at anytime. There is parking pad for one car on the driveway on the left side near stairs. If you have 2 cars, you can park the other one on the right side of the street.
