Our full patio setup, including outdoor table for 6, is available seasonally from late April to mid-October. Our fire pit combines the warmth of a traditional wood-burning fire pit with the option for BBQ grilling. Its rectangular, mangal-inspired design features a removable grill grate, making it easy to switch between grilling your favourite foods and enjoying an open fire. Independent entrance: The unit’s entrance is located at the back of the house, conveniently next to the patio. The paved pathway is well-lit with motion-sensor lights for easy access. Please note that there are two steps immediately before the entrance door and four additional steps inside upon entry. The hallway light is also motion-activated for your convenience. Guest access Full access to the unit. It's a self-contained apartment occupying the entire lower level of our bi-split house with a private entrance in the back (garden side). Guests enjoy full and private access to all parts of the apartment, including two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Outside, the spacious patio and fire pit is for guests to enjoy. Please note that the garden is surrounded by centuries-old trees, and during warmer months, leaves, seeds, and pinecones may naturally fall on the seats or around the area. This is part of the outdoor setting’s natural charm. We maintain the patio regularly, but some natural debris is to be expected, enhancing the authentic garden experience. There are two designated parking spots in the driveway, just steps from the separate entrance, making coming and going easy and private. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only (sedans, SUVs, minivans, personal pickup trucks). No commercial trucks (box/cube/moving trucks, delivery trucks, semi-trailers), no buses/RVs, no trailers. Other things to note Essential services like grocery stores and pharmacies are just a 5-minute drive away. You’re 40 minutes from downtown Montreal, 25 minutes from Mirabel Airport, and 35 minutes from Montreal YUL Airport. For golf lovers, the Rosemère Fontainebleau Golf Club (part of ClubLink) and Lorraine Golf Club are both within a 10-minute drive. Shopping enthusiasts can visit the Premium Outlets Montreal, just 18 minutes away, while winter visitors are close to the slopes of Sommet Saint-Sauveur and Mont-Tremblant, which are 35 minutes and 1 hour away, respectively.
