You’re just a 9-minute drive from campus, making this an ideal home base for campus visits, graduations, or events. 🏈 Game Day Ready Sports fans will love the prime location for home games—perfect for celebrating and cheering on your favorite team! 📋 House Rules: 🚫 No pets allowed 🚭 Absolutely no smoking 🎉 No Parties, Events, or Gatherings • Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited, day or night. • Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at all times, day or night. • Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior written approval through Airbnb. 🏠 Occupancy & Guest Policy • The reservation is approved only for the number of guests listed on the booking. • Exceeding the registered guest count is a violation of house rules and local fire-safety occupancy limits. 🚨 Unauthorized Guests / Violations • Any violation of guest count, gatherings, or quiet hours — day or night — may result in:   • Immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.   • Additional fees, including but not limited to:     • Extra guest fees (per person, per night)     • Party / rule-violation fees     • Additional cleaning or damage fees • Neighbor complaints, building security reports, or safety concerns will result in Airbnb Trust & Safety intervention. 📹 Monitoring & Security Disclosure • The property is equipped with exterior security cameras and building common-area security, in accordance with Airbnb policy, for guest safety and property protection. 🚭 No Smoking – Strictly Enforced • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, near windows or doors, on balconies, or anywhere inside the building. • This includes (but is not limited to) cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, or any smoking device. • Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, smoke residue, ashes, or tampering with smoke detectors, will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning and deodorization fee, and may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire two-level townhome. This includes both bedrooms, all living areas, the kitchen, the private outdoor patio, and the in-unit laundry facilities. Ample on-premises parking is included with your stay. Other things to note 🪜 Accessibility: Please note this is a two-level townhome and requires navigating two flights of stairs to access all areas. 📷 Security: For your safety and peace of mind, an external security camera is located on the property and monitors the exterior only. 🧴 Starter Supplies: A starter kit of essentials is provided, including extra toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, coffee, tea, and creamer. Additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest’s responsibility. 📬 Mail: Please do not have mail or packages sent to the property, as guests do not have access to the mailbox. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Complimentary early check-in at 3:00 PM (one hour early) is offered when available. Earlier arrivals or late check-outs may be accommodated for a fee of $15 per half hour, subject to availability and cleaning schedules. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
