Enjoy a 58"TV w/free unrestricted WiFi w/Starlink, Q bed, desk, full kitchen, mini split & sm.patio. Come dive in! The space This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with an open concept full size kitchen, dining & living room in the same space. Both the living space & bedroom have flat screen TV’s mounted on the wall & ceiling fans. The kitchen has new cabinets & white quartz countertops. The bathroom has a new white quartz vanity, cool clean backsplash & a large LED mirror. The bath is a standard shower/tub combo. All has minimal decor with subtle colors & plants to give this space a clean & peaceful feel. No clutter or old furniture here! We also provide a small patio for smokers. (No smoking allowed in the apartment!! Be respectful please) Guest access Guests can pick up the apt. key at Bill's Place anytime after 3pm, unless early check in is arranged. Just ask the staff for Apt. A key. Host will arrange key delivery for Sunday stays (Bill's Place is closed on Sunday's). Guests can park in front of the apartment, street side or anywhere in Bill's Place parking lot. A washer/dryer is available in the basement, key provided, $2 wash (uses quarters), free dryer. Other things to note Bill's Place is closed on Sunday's (must be 21 to enter). This apartment is next to a popular bar in downtown Yakima, bar noise & street noise is a thing to consider if you are sensitive, this is not a residential experience. Weed/smoking paraphernalia must be kept in an airtight container & only smoked on the patio. If any type of drugs are found or smoking occurs in the apartment you will be fined $250. We have had many respectful smokers we have had no problems with, be respectful please.
