New, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom condo located in trendy Old Town Victoria The space The building was built in 2011 and is very welcoming and stylish with its boutique-style residences. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer, Haven on Herald is a modern apartment with a comfy queen-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Our 600-square-foot space is bright and has high ceilings. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Haven on Herald will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, in the building's interior hallways, and in the parking garage. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs. We hope your stay is so great that you come back and see us next time! Cancellation policy: We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable.
