Guest access Guests will find ample street parking in front of the house. The suite is accessed through the backyard via a garden pathway along the house. The backyard is not included in the rental as it is primarily for our family’s use, but guests are welcome to share it. Guests have exclusive access to the patio area in front of their suite. The laundry room is separate from the suite and is shared, with access available one day per week. Other things to note Calm & Quiet: We've taken extra steps to soundproof the suite, but please be aware that there may be some noise transfer during the day from our family with young kids living above. Accessibility: Our suite has no steps to entry or stairs within. Allergy Notice: We have a small 5lb dog in our home, so the suite may not be suitable for those with severe pet allergies.
