Maple Suite is a new, modern and stylish 1 bedroom suite in the village of Brentwood Bay, the perfect location for the Peninsula & Butchart Gardens, with a scenic drive into Victoria. Enjoy your own private entrance and off street parking, with strong Wi-fi & Cell. A short walk to the Brentwood Bay Lodge, waterfront cafes, and village stores. The space Large 825 SqFt legal secondary suite, and totally self contained for permanent living. Built in 2023 so up to date on building code and compliance with all modern standards for heating, insulation and safety. The suite is cleaned and maintained by your hosts to a very high standard, with a strict no smoking and no pets policy from day one. Fully heated with independent thermostats for each room, and its own hot water storage unit. It stays cool in the summer and cozy and warm in the winter. The suite has its own dedicated wi-fi, with the router located on the desk, for fast connection speeds. The desk features an external monitor with a fitted HDMI lead, to enable you to connect your laptop. There is also a good quality ergonomic office chair, so working full time from the suite is entirely feasible. The television is a Smart TV with all the usual apps like Netflix etc that you will need your own login to access. Its also fitted with an HDMI lead for you to connect your device like an Ipad or laptop. If you are staying for a wedding we can provide a full size ironing board and iron. Please ask on arrival. Guest access Guests have use of the whole suite, their own private entrance and one off street parking space.
