The loft apartment is extremely bright and is in a beautifully recently renovated building, ideally located in an excellent, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to many landmarks. The space The apartment has a dining area, a living room with a sofa, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, including a full size refrigerator and freezer,microwave, two hotplates and a coffee maker. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a built in wardrobe. There is a TV with cable in both English and Spanish language channels. The bathroom is complete with a bidet and a bath/shower. If needed, the loft has, in addition to the Queen bed, two air beds on the floor. Free wifi is available throughout the loft. Guest access The apartment is located in an exclusive building of the highest quality. At the entrance level, there is a full-time receptionist. On the top floor of the building, there is a swimming pool approximately 15 metres in length with beach chairs, a solarium, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a relaxation room, along with a small gym with cardio equipment. There is also a laundry room (at an additional cost).
