The 70 acres of pristine beauty of nature, shared only with three more cabins, is a destination itself many guests commented:)There is plenty of room for everyone to explore! ~No children allowed due to elevation~ The space We are only 3.5 miles away from the beautiful Turner Falls, (Airbnb has listed incorrect driving time on us here) 1 mile to the Arbuckle wilderness , 2 miles to the famous smoking Jo's and 6.5 miles to downtown Davis for good eats and shopping! The cabin is one of the 4 cabins on this prestine 70 acre gated pasture land, bordered by the Arbuckle Mountain and the Washita river. There is a pond on property and guests are welcome to fish on site, no license needed. When the heartland trains passing by from afar, it adds a nostalgic feel in this beautiful great outdoor. And if you come at the right time, you 'll experience the enchaing mist or see the geaceful deer family galopping under the cascading moon light:) ✨🦌 Guest access The whole cabin. The tree house is 15 feet above ground, guests must climb two flights of outdoor stairs to reach the entrance, so we don't allow children under 12. Thanks for understanding. Other things to note Wifi: if you must have wifi for any work, we will be able to accommodate for free at our sister property "La Ville Inn" a beautiful boutigue hotel that has earned 4.9 google review, 6.5 miles away on the main street of Davis. Just let us know. Privacy: When it comes to privacy, we have not have any complaint about privacy but often guests commented how seclucted they feel at our 70 acre "River Bend Lodge" gated property that houses four cabins total. Howerer you may hear from other cabin guests if they talked very loudly. But you can barely see each other.
