Vacation south-west of Munich between the beautiful Ammersee and the district town of Landsberg am Lech. The space Pleasant rural idyll and pure relaxation in an absolutely quiet green location in the varied Bavarian Alpine foothills. The accommodation with us is interesting not only for you as a family, who are warmly welcome to vacation in the beautiful Ammersee region, but also if you come to the area for business and want to use the convenient location, only 25 minutes by car from Munich. Windach has a convenient location because it is located directly on the A 96 Munich-Lindau about 40 km south-west of Munich. Between Ammersee and Lech. Due to the good transport links, the apartment is also very interesting for business guests. By car you can quickly reach Munich city center in about 25 minutes. By regional train from Geltendorf (about 6 km), you can reach Munich in 20 minutes or by S-Bahn train (S4) in 35 minutes. The apartment is an ideal starting point for walks or hikes, cycling or a beach vacation on Lake Ammersee. In the surrounding area you will find: bus station, restaurant (Bavarian/Croatian), restaurant (Italian), supermarket, cooperative shop with products from the region, beverage market, cafe, banks, doctors, bakery, hairdressing salon, sports field, numerous children's playgrounds and much more. In 20-35 minutes you can reach the cities of Fürstenfeldbruck, Dachau, Weilheim in Obb.Kaufbeuren and Augsburg. Since we know the region very well, you can always contact us and we will help you. Three beautiful guest rooms that sleep up to 10 people are available. Bedroom is equipped with 4 beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps. The living room with balcony has 4 beds, nightstands, wardrobe, 2 sofas and coffee table for a cozy evening with LCD TV with digital satellite connection. The large bright kitchen (built-in) is fully and comfortably equipped and has an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Several place settings and a wide range of pots, pans and bowls are available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and sink. A practically separate toilet room with sink is available. Linens, towels, dish towels and laundry racks are included. Breakfast is available on request and at an additional cost. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. This is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. We speak German, English and Russian. Looking forward to seeing you soon!!!
