Tiny Silent House is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. This cottage will delight you with its charm and tranquility. It is surrounded by beautiful nature where you can rest and recharge. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a tastefully decorated bedroom to a cozy lounge. You can also use the lovely terrace and *hot tub where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views . The space Hello, I would like to show you Tiny house in the highest quality workmanship. Our tiny house is designed as functional as possible so that the user doesn't run out of anything they don't have in their own home. Despite the small space, we have a room with a lockable door with a sofa bed where we can read a book or watch a TV. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In addition, on the landing, there is a living room with beautiful views of the landscapes and the possibility of relaxing in front of the TV. There is also a bedroom on the first floor - for 2 people , where you can feel the atmosphere outside the windows : trees , forests , nature . :) Guest access As a standard, there is a cottage with a terrace , a hot tub is charged extra. First session 200zl ,every next day 100 zlotys . During the period from May to August inclusive, booking only for entire weekends ( minimum 3 nights ) There is a free fire pit near the property. The heat collected by yourself in the forest is also free , we can also prepare a tree for a fee of 50 zł . Other things to note TINY SILENT HOUSE RULES: §1 RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS 1. These Rules set out the terms and conditions under which Tiny Silent House can be booked and rented. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Terms. The rules are an integral part of the contract. At the time of booking (payment of 30% of the entire stay) the rental agreement is deemed to have been concluded. The rules cover all guests of the cottages and others on the property. Compliance with the rules by you and other guests ensure you have a peaceful and safe stay. 2. The agreed initial booking (by phone or email) must be confirmed by paying the amount of the deposit referred to in point 1 within 3 days (send a confirmation of the transfer by email). Failure to pay for the above dates results in the cancellation of the initial reservation. 3. By making a reservation, the Landlord agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of completing the reservation and fulfilling the check-in obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The Reservationer has the right to inspect and update their personal information. 4. The cost of the stay is determined individually for each client and depends on the length of stay, number of people, dates of stay, etc. 5. The cost of the stay includes: – Accommodation with the possibility of using all the equipment . 6. Payment of the deposit by the Landlord means that he/she accepts the lease rules in question. 7. The remaining amount for the stay is paid by the Landlord by bank transfer before arrival, in cash on the day of arrival when collecting the keys. 8. In the event of a change in the dates of the reservation by the Landlord or the total cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond our control, the deposit is non-refundable. 9. The booking person is fully responsible for the persons staying with them. 10. In the event of lost keys, the Landlord pays a fee of PLN 50. §2 ACCOMMODATION AND HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM (check-in) and check-out time is 11:00 AM (checkout). We need to have time to clean and prepare the cottage for the next guests. 2. If it is not possible to arrive at a specific time, the Landlord is obliged to immediately notify by phone. 3. The Landlord is obliged on the day of arrival when collecting the keys to pay the entire amount for the stay. 4. The arrival of the Guest after the start of the hotel day (personal reasons, communication difficulties, etc.) does not affect the amount of the fee due. 5. In the event of a shortening of the stay by the Landlord, the amount for the unused period is not refunded. 6. It is possible to extend the stay only in the absence of prior reservation of the cottage by other customers. 7. If the night is exceeded, the Landlord will be charged for the next night without the possibility of occupying the cottage. 8. The Landlord may not delegate to another person the right to use the cottage they occupy. 9. Accommodation and check-out takes place in the presence of the Owner or an authorized person. 10. The owner reserves the right to refuse to book or check in a person who has previously grossly violated the Rules or destroyed the property of the property. 11. The maximum number of Guests in the cottage regardless of age is 5 people. 12. In the event of exceeding the declared number of persons using the Cottage (without the consent and knowledge of the Owner or the authorized person), the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without the need to refund the previously paid fee. 13. The Landlord upon arrival, but before moving in, is obliged to pick up the Cottage, i.e. check furniture, windows, shower and other appliances and equipment located in the Cottage. 14. Notes regarding damage, damage must be reported immediately to the Owner or authorized person. The owner allows for damage to the so-called hidden, but only in the invisible elements. No comments from the Landlord about such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Landlord has no objections and all appliances and furniture are in good condition. 15. The Landlord is financially responsible for damage to the Cottage during its stay and agrees that any repairs of damage, supplementation of equipment deficiencies or troubleshooting are carried out at its expense. 16. The users of the facility are obliged to comply with the fire safety rules and are responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay. 17. In the cottage, in a visible place there is a fire extinguisher, which should be used in the event of a fire and immediately inform the Property Owner or an authorized person. For the unreasonable use of the fire extinguisher, the customer will be charged 150 zlotys and 350 zlotys for cleaning the cottage. 18. The cottage is strictly forbidden to smoke and to fry fish and other odors. 19. Due to the requirements for fire protection in the Cottage, no appliances or appliances powered by electricity or gas may be used, which are not equipped with these rooms and that may create a fire hazard such as electric heaters, heaters, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, and odor materials into the Home. 19. Grilling is allowed in designated areas, grilling on the terraces is allowed with the consent of the Owner or an authorized person. 20. The Landlord has no right without the prior written consent of the Property Owner to make any repairs or make any expenses or changes to the Cottage. The Landlord is obliged to immediately inform the Owner or the authorized person about the need to make repairs or expenses. 21. In the event of technical faults, the Landlord is asked to report them as soon as possible, which will allow for appropriate response and action. 22. Owner or persons designated by them, at any time they have the right to enter the cottage in the event of any malfunction or danger. 23. The Landlord is obliged to keep and return the Cottage in the present condition, which includes, in particular, leaving washed dishes and kitchen equipment, taking out the trash, etc. before departure. 24. The agreement between the Owner and the Landlord does not include access, food, and the organization of the time of stay. 25. The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers due to e.g. temporary lack of water, electricity, internet. 26. The Landlord is obliged to use the lodge in accordance with its properties and intended use. The technical condition of the appliances and the aesthetics of the rooms of the summer house and its surroundings must not raise any major reservations (the customer has a final cleaning). 27. When leaving the cottage for safety reasons, the landlord should turn off the TV, turn off the faucets, turn off the lights, check the door, windows. The owner is not responsible for the items left in the cottages. 28. Inviting guests to the property requires the consent of the Owner. 29. Each guest from the outside must leave the property by 11pm, otherwise the Lessor will be charged a fee of 100 zł for the stay of each additional person from the outside, for each night starting from 11pm. 30. The property owner is not responsible for damage and loss of the car, for belongings and live animals left in it during the stay both on and off the premises. §3 QUIET HOURS 1. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am 2. During quiet hours, loud talking, shouting, profanity, and other disruptive behavior are prohibited. 3. In the event of non-compliance with the rules of quiet hours, the Owner or the authorized person has the right to call for security to intervene. For each security intervention, the client renting the cottage will be charged 100 zł. If the situation does not change, the person will be immediately checked out and thus forced to leave the property as an immediate security assistance. If this is the case, there is no refund for a shortened stay. 4. In the event that the Landlord significantly violates the peace and/or the good of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly applied norms of intercourse between people, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Lessor's stay at the Cottage and is not obliged to refund the unused period of stay. §5 INSURANCE 1. The price of services provided by the Owner does not cover insurance. The services are used by the Landlord at their own risk. For injuries, damages, and property damage (damage caused to the health and property of a third person), also for theft of luggage during the entire recreational stay, the Owner is not responsible (we advise you to insure accordingly before arrival). §6 DISPUTES 1. The law applicable to any disputes between the Owner and the Landlord is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court having jurisdiction for the seat of each of the parties We hope you have a wonderful stay !
