A separate cottage made and maintained with love for calming down and enjoying the wonderful nature of Iso-Syöte all year round. Quiet but central location in the middle of a beautiful ridge landscape. The cottage is located in a shared courtyard, surrounded by forest landscape. The slopes can be reached by skiing (ski-in/ski-out). Ski slope about 200 m away. The wonderful services of Hotel Iso-Syöte, as well as other services in the center, are within walking distance. Located on a slope, so the terrain is challenging. The space The single-level detached cottage has light surfaces and a calm, stylish atmosphere. Light pours in through the large windows and a beautiful forest landscape opens up to all the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and of high quality. There are plenty of dishes. The kitchen-living room offers comfortable spaces for socializing, playing games or enjoying the atmosphere of the fireplace. The cottage has two bedrooms. One has a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other has two separate beds (2x 80x200 cm), one of which can be opened into a double bed (150x200 cm). In addition, the living room sofa can be spread out to a double bed. At most, the cottage has beds for up to seven, but the most comfortable accommodation is for 4-5 people. The cottage has two toilets. One separate toilet and one in the bathroom. Stylish sauna and shower room. The laundry room has a washing machine and a drying cabinet, which is really necessary for an active holiday. High-speed fiber optic connection and WiFi provide the opportunity to do remote work. The second bedroom has a TV for a game console (bring your own game console). In addition, the cottage has a warm outdoor storage room, where, for example, skis can be stored. The storage room has a sled and toboggans, as well as two pairs of snowshoes that are available for guests 😊 Please don't break them, thank you. There are two parking spaces in front of the cottage. Electric car charging (max 11 kW) possible for an additional fee (€20 for 1-3 days, €35 for more than 3 days). Please let us know if you would like to use the charging point. A cleaning fee (€80) is always added to the price and the property is not rented without cleaning. Linen is included in the price for bookings made after 10/1/2025. The cottage is not allergy-free (the owner family has a dog), but pets are not allowed when renting.
