Family House by the Sea

You'll feel at home in this typical Provence style house, located just a short 200m stroll from the clear blue water of Aiguebelle Plage. Enjoy the water view from the outdoor terrace during the day and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, at night. With its fully equipped kitchen, large living areas and 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 guests, this house is the perfect holiday retreat for groups of friends or families. The space Ideally located on the main street of Aiguebelle Plage, La Mazelliere Haut has been our summer holiday house for decades now, and we're very excited to be able to share its history with you. Tastefully decorated with a blend of modern artwork and historical photos, the living area and its oversized rustic wooden table can sit up to 8 guests. The 2 comfortable 2-seater sofas make the perfect spot for a quick afternoon nap before heading to the beach. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped and renovated with a fridge/freezer, cookstove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen backdoor leads to a leafy backyard where the built-in barbecue and the outdoor shower are located and for you to use. Completing the ground floor layout is a cosy bedroom with 2 single beds and a rest room (toilets and hand sink). As you walk up the stairs (make sure you grab on to the hand rail as they can be a bit steep), the door on your right handside opens to a roof terrace with an unobstructed view of the bay of Aiguebelle. Whether you are after a bit of shade or are more into lazing in the sun, it is the perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner. Walking through the Terracotta tiled hallway you will get access to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Please be aware that the house is not fully accessible to guests with mobility impairments. There are stairs and narrow hallways, which may not accommodate wheelchairs or walking aids comfortably. Other things to note All the shops in the Aiguebelle bay are within walking distance. The bike path just behind the house connects Aiguebelle to Cavaliere towards the East (allow 5-7 minutes by bike) and the beaches of La Fossette, Saint Clair, and the port of Lavandou towards the West (5 to 15 minutes by bike). Take some time to venture into the country side for some breathtaking views of the coast line. The steep winding road at the back of the house will take you all the way to some unique look outs. Drive a little further north and you will enjoy the panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Registration Details 83070000164X3
