Known for projects of all kinds, but especially for his many achievements of housing in Paris and villas in Corsica, Pierre Puccinelli, nicknamed "Pierrot", was able to fascinate a world and create new ways of designing architecture within a prosperous era, the 70s, when there was a particular quest for modernity and design. This villa, which he designed as his personal vacation home, is one of his most remarkable masterpieces. It was partially restored to regain all its splendor and in particular, to be offered for rent today. Built on one of the only rocky headlands of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, at the very beginning of the urban development of the city and giving its style to Marina di Fiori, it has an exceptional panoramic view overlooking both the old town of Porto-Vecchio and the entrance to the gulf.
