The rhythm here sets itself.   The space This one-bedroom villa sits above Avalon with a private entrance and room for up to four guests. Inside, the living area is calm and well set-up - a flat-screen TV, board games, and ceiling and portable fans for when the afternoon warms up. Heating is available for the cooler evenings that roll in off the water this time of year.   Sleeping arrangements The bedroom holds two beds dressed with full bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Hangers, an iron, and all towels and toiletries are taken care of - pack light and arrive ready to unwind.   Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is thoroughly outfitted for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and coffee maker with coffee provided are all on hand. The villa's waterfront position means direct beach access is always close.   Good to know Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and on the patio facing the ocean.
