Mill & Mine Venue: 3 Minute Walk Old City Drinks/Dining: 3 Minute Walk Gay Street Shopping: 12 Minute Walk Market Square: 15 minute walk University of TN: 8 min Drive NOISE ADVISORY: Please be aware that our location is near a train track, and it is possible that trains may pass by during your stay at any time, day or night. We do not have access to the train schedule. To help ensure your comfort, we provide a noise machine in the bedroom. However, if you are a particularly light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or other noise-cancellation devices to enhance your sleeping experience. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and appreciate your understanding. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio apartment, and keyless entry to the building. This unit does not come with a parking pass, so guests should expect to utilize the FREE or Metered street parking nearby. There are other paid parking lots within proximity of the building as well. Mail/postage is not available to this unit at this time, but guests may ship items to our office for pickup during their stay if needed. Please do not gather in the building common areas to be respectful of the other residents. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to complete within the first 48 hours after booking to verify booking details. For any questions regarding the Guest Portal feel free to send us a message. ALL RESERVATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS are best completed within the FIRST 48 HOURS after confirmed booking. All guests please take into consideration our strict cancellation policy. If there is a chance you would need to cancel your reservation it may benefit you to purchase travel insurance to insure you receive your desired reimbursement.
