Whether you are traveling with friends & family, or simply looking for a luxury escape from the city this is the place for you! Located right in the middle of Sydney's always pumping "Inner West" region there is always something happening only minutes away. Whether its Restraunts, Pubs, Breweries, Parks, Art Galleries, Bars, Kids Playgrounds, Shops, Rock Climbing etc... its all only a matter of minutes away The space You will be blown away by this recently renovated 1800's Victorian Terrace house. The house is located in the suburb of Sydenham in Sydneys famous “Inner West” region. The house has been tastefully renovated but still retains all of the old "terrace house" charm. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms both with large built in wardrobes. In bedroom 2 is also the perfect little workspace with a 20 inch samsung monitor. In the bathroom is a large bathrub and huge walk in shower with rainwater shower head. The bathroom is fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc.. Also supplied are luxurious Sheridan bath towels. In the living room you will find a comfy couch with converts into an easy to use sofa bed and large 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need. So whether you are eating UberEats or cooking a 3 course meal we have you covered! On the large covered deck is a HUGE 85 inch Samsung Smart TV. Also on the deck is a washing machine and clothe dryer. PLEASE NOTE THE DECK TV IS CURRENTLY BEING REPAIRED. THE TV ON DECK IS REMOVED UNTIL ITS REPAIRED. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Out in the backyard is the perfect place for kicking back watching the planes fly over or watching your favourite movie on the deck. PETS- We will consider non shedding, small to medium size pets, please enquire first. We can’t wait to welcome you. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: like every house in the Inner West of Sydney we are located under the airport flightpath. This means that there is occasional aircraft noise between 6am and 11pm. However there is a no flight curfew between 11pm and 6am. PLEASE NOTE: in regards to pets we will only consider non shedding, small to medium size pets, please enquire first. PLEASE NOTE: if you are travelling with kids and require an item like a highchair, cot, car seat, pram etc please let us know as we keep some of these items in storage for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: we provide a relatively stocked kitchen with many essential items and a few extras! All of it is for you to use and consume however if you would like us to arrange some certain grocery items or special requests, we can have this ready for you on arrival for a small fee plus the cost of the items. This comes in handy for guests who are landing/checking in very late and would like certain items on arrival (eg: nappies). PLEASE NOTE: that we have 3 external security cameras. 1 is pointed towards the front porch. 1 is pointed towards the rear deck. 1 is pointed towards the backyard grass area. These are installed purely as a deterrent, you can rest assured the area is safe. PLEASE NOTE: that we do not allow parties or gatherings at the property, we are in close proximity (attached on both sides) to our neighbours so please don’t ask. PLEASE NOTE: we won’t allow bookings to anyone under the age of 21 or with a new account. All bookings must be made with an adult with prior reviews.
