A room with a view in Abbeyhill

Charming, bright flat in central Edinburgh (Abbeyhill), 10 min walk from Old Town and Authur's Seat, Leith, and Easter Rd. Lovely, sunny bedroom with a stunning view of Arthur's Seat, furnished and decorated to my slightly eclectic but mostly mid-century taste. Great spot for someone solo passing through the city or coming for a weekend city break. Just a 15 min walk to Waverly or 5 min bus ride. I only host female guests, sorry guys! The space My flat has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and one shared bathroom. It's on the third floor (no lift!), so if stairs are a problem for you I would not recommend staying here. But there are benefits of being on the top floor- peace and quiet and great views. Guest access Guests have access to the shared bathroom and communal spaces (kitchen and living room). During your stay I'm usually around in the evenings if you have any questions, or you can message me. Other things to note You'll have you're own bedroom and share the bathroom and communal spaces with the host (me!). My flat only has two bedrooms so I only host one guest at a time.
