Very close to Plaza Castilla, by car you arrive in about 7 minutes and by bus you arrive in just 12 minutes, you also have a light metro just 700 meters walking and about 800 meters the Renfe Fuente de la Mora station. Ifema is 7 minutes away by car and 35 minutes by public transport. Adolfo Barajas Airport is 8 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transport. The space Your room has a private bathroom, you also have access to the kitchen that is shared with me; all this is on the ground floor. Apart from that, you will have total privacy since my home is a duplex, so my family and I will be mostly on the top floor. Remember that the room is for one person or a maximum of two. Please note that you are renting only a room with a private bathroom, (the bathroom is not inside the room, but it is only for the use of that room) the apartment is not an entire accommodation :) and the kitchen is shared with me. I don't guarantee absolute silence, because you are coming to a family home and we live a normal life as in any home. If you think you won't be comfortable in a room where you're going to meet the other people who live here, I suggest renting an entire home. As additional services included in the price, I will leave you complimentary toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Only girls live in the house. You will find a safe, quiet, cozy and very clean place. My place is in a residential development with a 24-hour concierge, which makes it very safe day and night. Guest access You can use a bathroom that is exclusively for you and the kitchen, but remember that it is shared with me and my family. The room has hot/cold air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a small refrigerator that is for your use. It's a door that's right next to where the microwave is, but downstairs. The kitchen utensils under the microwave are for your use. Other things to note All I ask is that you be respectful guests, that you don't party, that you be clean, organized and quiet. Since you're going to share a few days in a family home. It's the same thing you're going to find on our end. A cozy and familiar place full of respect for others. Please note the following: The window cannot be opened, it is a whole glass. (that's how it's made and I can't do anything) You must take out your own trash, both from the bathroom and from the room or kitchen. If you don't take it out, a €10 fine will be charged for the application. Since I am NOT charging cleaning in the rental price (in the basement -1 there are garbage containers) If you want me to store your luggage, before check-in time or after check-out, there is an additional cost of €10 per day.
