For the comfort and safety of all, smoking is strictly prohibited inside (a $1,500 fee will apply). Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted on the property at any time. If garbage exceeds the current receptacle cans capacity - a $120 garbage fee may be applied.
