Historical Landmark Queen-Ann Bungalow
Historical Landmark Queen-Ann Bungalow
Description
My charming little house was built in 1895! It is the oldest standing Queen Ann Bungalow in Long Beach. I love living here for many reasons but location and community are two of the big ones. It is walking distance to the beach, shoreline village, many coffee shops and many restaurants downtown. The space This little house is unique in many ways. First of all being its history, one of the first homes built in Long Beach and the oldest Queen Ann Bungalow in Southern California. The construction workers who helped build Long Beach, built this little house for them to live in. Much of the house is completely original. The house has amazing outdoor space canopied under trees and a large backyard which is unique in the downtown area. Guest access The whole two bedroom house, there is a porch with a swing, a private back deck, a shared backyard which you are welcome to enjoy, and a parking space in the back if needed. Other things to note Parking can be hard to find in this area after 5 pm when everyone is coming home from work. You will be provided access to a small garage in the alley. It can be quite a life saver to have a garage and not have to worry about parking, however, it does take a little bit getting used to the size.
