Things may not always go perfectly; hence we ask for understanding and communication. We are here to resolve any inconvenience and address any questions or problems as quickly as possible. The villa has an open tropical design to take advantage of the breezes, so there is no air conditioning or mosquito nets in the common areas. Being surrounded by tropical gardens, you might encounter salamanders and other small insects that coexist with the house, which we cannot control. The villa is regularly fumigated to avoid pests. We like our home to be a gathering point, so there is no TV in the living room, but you have a television on the terrace for enjoying Netflix or sports events. Towels at the villa are only for pool use. For Minitas Beach or the hotel pool, there is a free towel pickup point. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise and music at moderate levels, especially during rest hours. The villa is in a quiet area and surrounded by a friendly community. The villa has a washing machine and dryer, which can be operated by the staff. Reasonable use for clothing is allowed. Please be cautious with delicate or colorfast items; we cannot be responsible for any potential damage. Please remember that the use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk and that they are NOT fenced, so be cautious with children and slippery surfaces. Finally, enjoy to the fullest! If you need service outside of these hours, please coordinate directly with them for scheduling and compensation. Gardening and pool maintenance services are included in the price. It is possible to rent golf carts for moving around the resort (not included in the price). We offer personalized recommendations for services, from trusted taxi drivers to boat rentals or villa events. Feel free to ask! You can also enjoy some of the best concerts in the country at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater! ****Casa de Campo Registration **** Casa de Campo is a private resort with restricted access to owners and guests. The registration fee is a charge that tenants of private villas and apartments must pay to access the resort and its facilities: USD $25 per adult per night (ages 12 and up) USD $12 per child per night (ages 4 to 12) FREE for children under 4 Invited guests, friends, and family of villa owners do not have to pay the fee but must follow the appropriate registration procedure. Guest access Casa de Campo Registration: Casa de Campo is a private resort, so access is restricted to Casa de Campo villa owners, their guests, and hotel guests. The registration fee is a charge that visitors renting villas or apartments privately must cover to gain access to the resort, use its facilities, and benefit from reduced prices on some of the activities offered: - 25 USD per adult per night (adult = all individuals over 12 years old) - 12 USD per child per night (child = ages 4 to 12 years) - FREE for children under 4 years old These rates are subject to change and are provided by the resort. Casa de Campo requires that full names and passport or ID numbers of all guests accessing the resort be provided. Friends and family of villa owners do not have to pay the registration fee but must follow the same registration procedures. Registration will allow guests to enjoy the beach facilities, hotel pool, bar area, Marina, Altos de Chavón, as well as the restaurants and activities (some of which are at an additional cost). Other things to note For stays of 14 nights or more, the cost of electricity and gas consumed will need to be settled at check-out. The tap water is not drinkable; there is a mineral water dispenser available in the kitchen. Due to the size of the resort, it is advisable to use vehicles or golf carts to get around the property.
