Welcome to Hideaway, one of two charming cabins nestled on a hillside and surrounded by mature gum trees. Set on a 40-acre working farm, our retreat offers breathtaking views and a peaceful escape from the everyday. Located just a short drive from the iconic Hahndorf Main Street, Hideaway combines rustic charm with modern comforts, providing the perfect getaway in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Check us out: @windsorcabins The space The rustic cabin features expansive windows that frame breathtaking views of the Adelaide Hills, with its rolling valleys, farmland, vineyards, and historic buildings. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster for all your cooking needs. The bathroom includes all the essential modern amenities. Enjoy cozy evenings by the combustion wood fire with an oven or take advantage of modern comforts like air conditioning and a plush mattress for a restful sleep. As you take in the sunset from the deck, you can cook on the Webber Q or gather around the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and sip a local red. Guest access Self Check-in, giving you full access to the cabin, which sits on a fenced paddock of about 2 acres. You'll also have your own private fire-pit and picnic area to enjoy. Please note that another cabin is located 60 meters away in the same area. Other things to note Due to fire restrictions, outdoor fires are not permitted from 15th November - 1st May. Please check for updates from the hosts, as these restrictions may change. We’ve opted not to include Wi-Fi in the cabin to help guests disconnect and unwind. However, the property offers full 4G/5G coverage for mobile phones, and a smart TV is available if you would like to connect. Due to the farm's location with cattle and horses, we regret that pets are not allowed.
