Lakeside Idleness

Pleasant twin villa on the left bank of the lake, in a quiet and residential area, it is bright, warm and comfortable. It can accommodate up to 7 visitors. The south-facing garden has a nice swimming pool. It is a 5-minute walk from the lake and 10 km from Geneva. The space The house is built on 3 levels of 100 m2 each. Upstairs, we have 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom and its bathroom and 2 smaller ones, the first with a 120 cm bed, the second with a 90 cm bed + 1 shower room. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a veranda overlooking the garden as well as an open equipped kitchen, an office with a single bed. In the basement we have a gym and a movie theater as well as a shower room/laundry room, also an office that has an extra sofa bed. Each of the 3 levels has a toilet. Guest access Entire place is available to guests. Ideally a couple with children. Other things to note Small, clean and well-behaved dogs are allowed in the house.
