With 5 BR & 5.5 BA, this open concept, fully stocked, 3,600 sq. ft. home is perfect for your next getaway! Located in Quarryville, PA, our farmhouse is situated on 78 acres and is home to Bridlepath Equine Center. Take in the field and pasture views, lounge in the pool/hot tub, play pickleball, or enter the Enola Trail (29 mi) which runs through our property. However, due to its rural nature, you may see the occasional bug/pest. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be a part of the country experience :) Outside professional exterminators are used quarterly. → There are 15 stairs to get from the first floor to the second floor. Once on the second floor, there are 2 steps down to Timber Suite. There are also 12 steps to get down to the basement from the first floor. → We have outdoor cameras on our property for your safety. They are located at the front door and in the parking area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Bridlepath Equine Center is a separate entity from our guesthouse. For the privacy of our participants, we ask that guests please refrain from exploring the equine buildings and petting/feeding the horses. With advanced notice, we'd be happy to give you a tour of our center and all of the amazing work that is happening there! Other things to note - Please take note this house it not to be used for parties. - We also ask that the noise level outside is kept down as we share this property with Bridlepath Equine Center. Our horses and participants can be sensitive. - Due to township regulations, we are strict on our capacity of 11 guests.
