Sliders lead out to to the private pool & walkway to beach. 2nd level- (2) Masters w/ Kings, (1) bedroom w/King, (1) bedroom w/Queen & bunk set & full bath & 2nd washer & dryer. Hot tub on 2nd level deck 3rd Floor - Master w/King , living room w/75 in TV, sunroom, dining area, 1/2 bath & kitchen. The space Spacious OCEANFRONT home with heated pool ($500). Cleaning fee includes linens (includes 12 towel sets and sheets for all beds) Other things to note Pet fee - $175 Heat Pool - $500 Cleaning/Linens - $540 Family/Group lease holder must be minimum age 24+ and must be present at all times **Each reservation includes a welcome bag with a starter kit with 3 rolls of TP, a roll of paper towels, washing machine pod, 2 trash bags**
