The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. With its functional layout and warm atmosphere, this apartment is the perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy the vibrant Madrid life. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property without any restrictions. The accommodation is rented in its entirety for guests who come from the same reservation, and can not be partially rented or to locate guests from different reservations in the same period of time. With this we must say that guests will have all access to the property, without coinciding with guests who do not come from their same reservation. Other things to note WE MAKE A LOT OF EFFORT , READ CAREFULLY. 1 ) AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL, THE GUEST MUST ACCESS THE ACCOMMODATION ONLY AUTONOMOUSLY OR, AT MOST, ONE GUEST WILL ACCESS THE ACCOMMODATION FOR THE DELIVERY OF KEYS WITH ONLY ONE MEMBER OF OUR TEAM IN ORDER TO AVOID UNNECESSARY CROWDS IN ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION. 2 ) THE GUEST MUST TAKE OUT IF OR IF THE GARBAGE, COLLECT THE ACCOMMODATION AND REMOVE FROM IT ALL THE DISPOSABLE ITEMS IN ORDER THAT THE CLEANING STAFF ALREADY VERY EXPOSED , INVEST THE MINIMUM POSSIBLE TIME IN BEING IN CONTACT WITH REMAINS OF MATERIALS USED BY GUESTS (ALL TYPES MUST BE THROWN AWAY IN CONTAINERS, REMAINS OF BOXES , BAGS, ETC.). 3 ) THE ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES ARE ADAPTED ACCORDING TO OUR WORK , BEING ENTRY FROM 15H ONWARDS AND EXIT UNTIL 12H. - IN CASE OF WANTING TO ENTER BEFORE 15H AND ALWAYS ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY THERE IS AN EXTRA COST THAT THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO ASSUME. THE REASON IS THAT CLEANING PERSONNEL MUST BE MOVED AT DIFFERENT TIMES THAN USUAL. - ALSO FOR DEPARTURES AFTER THE USUAL TIME THAT IS 12 NOON AND FOR THE SAME REASON AS IN THE PREVIOUS SECTION THE GUEST MUST ASSUME AN EXTRA COST.
