Private Tuscan Villa with Pool

Our beautifully restored 1869 Tuscan villa offers space, comfort, and tranquility among olive groves, vineyards, and gardens. With six bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms, and a large vegetarian kitchen, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends. The space The villa is divided into three independent apartments, each with its own private entrance, bathroom, and two bedrooms — one large and one regular-sized. Lovingly restored and renovated in 2024, it combines the beauty of traditional Tuscan architecture with modern comfort. Guests share a spacious, fully equipped vegetarian kitchen with filtered spring water and a large dining room, while one apartment also includes a small kitchenette. There are two large living rooms: the first features several comfortable sitting areas and a large fireplace converted into a spacious sofa, while the second offers sofas, armchairs, a projector, and a screen for movie nights. The property is set within 20,000 m² (2 hectares) of fully fenced land, including a private swimming pool, large lawn, vegetable garden, vineyard, olive grove, and many beautiful outdoor sitting areas to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Guests are welcome to taste our estate’s own extra-virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables from the garden. The entire guest area is private for your group only — there will be no other guests during your stay. Beyond the gardens lies the larger estate, with additional olive groves, forest paths, and a natural spring-fed pond. We produce our own olive oil, jams, sourdough bread, and cultivate fruits and vegetables. Nestled in nature yet only 15 minutes from Arezzo, the villa offers both tranquility and convenience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole fenced area — including the private pool, gardens, lawns, vineyard, olive grove, and all outdoor sitting areas. Beyond the fenced zone lies a larger estate with additional olive groves, forest paths, and a natural spring-fed pond. As the estate is active and lovingly maintained, we occasionally visit for gardening, pool care, or small maintenance work. From time to time, we also carry out small agricultural or eco-building projects in the separate olive grove area — and guests are welcome to join by prior arrangement if they wish to experience local life and learn more. Other things to note The kitchen is vegetarian, and we kindly ask guests not to bring or cook meat or fish on the property.
