Tenuta Morcella Deluxe between Todi and Perugia is an ancient family estate consisting of a former tobacco dryer and a former stone stable recently renovated by the will of the owner and architect Francesca, Umbrian by birth and Milanese by adoption, designer and entrepreneur who loves beauty. An oasis of peace surrounded by the surrounding nature, with breathtaking views and sunsets. Nature and design are combined in a dosed mixture where no detail is left to chance. The space This is how Tenuta Morcella Deluxe was born, next to the village of Morcella immersed in the green Umbrian countryside that offers picturesque scenery a few miles away from Todi among expanses of wheat, corn, tobacco leaves and magnificent sunsets. The property, consisting of 4 independent apartments, offers comfortable accommodation. Each apartment is characterized by large, bright and functional spaces. All spaces are equipped with Wii-Fii, heating, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with fridge, induction hob, coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, barbecue, parking space and outdoor space. Washing machine and dryer are available in one of the two farmhouses for a fee. Baby cot available on request. Each apartment is equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, flat screen television and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the lush garden of olive trees, tufts of rosemary and sage. On request (extra service), we offer a heated whirlpool (extra service), a heated swimming pool with shutter in the colder months (extra service), and a reserved pool in the summer season. Guest access GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT (60 m²) The ground floor apartment consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, a living room with equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a large private pergola. FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT (120 m²) The apartment on the first floor, in the most evocative part of the farmhouse, is a design loft with high ceilings. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed, modern kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. In the mezzanine there is a second double bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with table and chairs for private use. GROUND FLOOR STUDIO Newly built studio apartment consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. TWO-ROOM APARTMENT ON THE GROUND FLOOR Recently built two-room apartment consisting of a small living room with equipped kitchenette and single sofa bed, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and bathroom with disabled access. SUSTAINABILITY, COMFORT AND CONTEMPORARY SOPHISTICATION The project also takes shape thanks to Barrel12, founded in 2014: it is an innovative and completely sustainable project. From old barrels worn out by time and work, found in the country house in Umbria, the architect Francesca Cutini has created unique pieces of design with different functions ranging from poufs to sinks, from bookcases to bar furniture. There are different pieces from the Barrel12 collection, integrated into the traditional Umbrian architecture and the rural landscape that surrounds the farmhouses.
