Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guests will have access to the house and the outdoor area, including the hot tub and fire pit. You are also welcome to book a tasting at Hilmy Cellars! Private driveway, can fit up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note Pet fee: There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets MAX with a 45 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pet(s) must be kenneled if left unattended. - This property is suitable for all children/infants. - Pest Control is scheduled monthly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
