Large 2 hectare plot with incredible unobstructed views over the hills and oat/wheat fields. The open floor plan allows for easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for socializing and spending quality time together. The house is beautifully decorated and features big windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.  For added convenience, the house is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze. The property features a terrace and a garden with a seating area and a pool, ideal for enjoying the warm weather and enjoying a marvellous sunset over the horizon. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, and another double standard bed-size, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property offers private outdoor parking on the premises, making it convenient for those travelling by car. At nightfall, a superb night sky awaits you. The restricted luminosity of the location will allow you to observe each star unforgettably. Please note that the property is equipped with an outdoor security camera, only watching the gate area, to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
