Guest access 🗝️ Guest Access Guests have full and private access to the entire upstairs level of the home, including two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area. Access is via an external staircase and a key safe is available so you can checkin at your leisure. You’re also welcome to use the shared backyard — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee. A laundry area is located underneath the house and available for your use. Please note: the owner may occasionally access this lower area to retrieve stored items or tend to the garden. This will never affect your privacy upstairs. Other things to note 📝 Other Things to Note This listing is for the entire upstairs level of a two-story home. No one else lives onsite during your stay, so the space is private — with the exception of occasional access by the owners to the lower level only for garden care or retrieving stored items. Your upstairs living area is exclusively yours. 🛏️ The home features: • One King bedroom with soft linens and stylish touches • One Queen bedroom, equally cozy and thoughtfully appointed • A fold-out bed suitable for a child is also available for an additional $15 per stay — please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you.
