The place has had a complete renovation with all new items, and fresh paint with a new feel. Offering 3 large bedrooms complete with all queen size beds and ample cupboard space, 2x with outdoor deck access and 1x with a private retreat. The villa has 2 modern designed bathrooms with quality toiletries and high-quality shower fittings. There are three generous size outdoor spaces. The backyard meets the kitchen area and brings you all together with our large open plan living design. The perfect place to enjoy together with an outdoor area complete with BBQ, and why not enjoy your evening cocktail after a day at the beach. The front yard ' hut area' is a great place to gather and enjoy the shade, enjoy your BBQ and watch wildlife at night, surrounding the Tee Tree. But for that real rest time, the upstairs, outdoor lounge area complete with board games and books with a very comfortable lounge, is perfect for that mid-afternoon wind down amongst the treetop. Guest access The key entry point is inside the small white picket fence. All areas of Villa 1. But please be mindful the car park is shared space with our neighbours, so please allow them to always gain access. Other things to note For Summer time - Although we don't provide air-conditioning. We have fans in all rooms. Please open the large sliding white doors, upstairs and downstairs to maximise the best natural airflow. Coffee Machine- please use only beans on the top, as it grinds automatically. French Press-please use the ground coffee. Now equipped with a massage chair downstairs.
