This house consists of two distinct sections: ✔️ First section: Living room/kitchen 🍽️ and an independent bedroom with its own private bathroom 🚿. ✔️ Second section: Two additional bedrooms 🛏️, each with a private bathroom. These rooms can be connected by a sliding door 🚪 if guests wish. 🔹 Every room has direct access to the terrace and pool 🏊‍♂️, offering plenty of privacy 🌿. 🔹 Please help maintain a peaceful atmosphere within the condominium 🤫. Failure to comply with condo rules may result in fines. 👉 House Cleaning 🧹 — Weekly Service ✨ A complimentary housekeeping service is provided once per week, typically mid-week for stays of one week or longer. We will inform you in advance of the exact day of the visit. This service includes up to 4 hours of cleaning. 👉 Water consumption is included up to one cubic meter per day. Any additional usage will be billed at 5 USD per cubic meter, applicable to both short-term and long-term stays. 📌 For long stays of 28 days or more (with the monthly discount): 👉 Cleaning service is not included but can be requested for an additional fee. 👉 Electricity costs are not included.
